This policy describes how we process the personal data of visitors to cheekylabs.cz , in particular data entered into the contact form. We comply with the GDPR and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.
1. Data controller
The controller is cheeky labs s.r.o., with its registered office at Luciana Blagy 3400/5, Praha 5, 150 00, Company ID 21633380, VAT ID CZ21633380.
Contact: [email protected]. The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.
2. What personal data we process
We process only the data you give us yourself:
- your name and company name (if you provide them),
- your email address,
- the topic you select,
- the content of the message you write to us.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to handle your enquiry and prepare our collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to protect our legitimate interests, in particular the ability to prove the content of our communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention period
We keep contact form data while your enquiry is being handled, for at most 2 years after the last communication. If a contract is concluded, we keep it for the period required by law.
5. Recipients
The website is hosted by the provider that runs cheekylabs.cz. We send contact form messages by email through the Resend service, which is used only for delivery. We do not sell your data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz). You can exercise your rights at [email protected].
